Meet Trina
Trina Metz is a certified MAP Practitioner and energy worker. She is devoted to helping women return to the wisdom of their bodies, their inner knowing, and the deeper intelligence of Life moving through them.
Her work lives at the meeting place of body, mind, spirit, and the unseen layers of our inner world. Drawing from trauma-informed somatic practices, parts work, energy medicine, subconscious re-patterning, and intuitive guidance, Trina creates a deeply loving and grounded space where women can slow down, listen inward, and reconnect with themselves.
Her work is especially for women who have tried everything, gathered the information, done the inner work, and yet find themselves still feeling stuck, disconnected, or uncertain of what comes next. Rather than offering another answer to follow, Trina creates space to listen beneath the noise and discover what the body and the deeper self already know.
Trina holds space for women to discover what is true for themselves. She supports women in softening patterns of self-abandonment, restoring trust in their inner authority, and developing a deeper relationship with the body as a source of wisdom, presence, and connection.
This work is personal.
Trina's path has been shaped by years of spiritual inquiry, inner work, study, and lived experience. Her own journey has taken her through profound questions of identity, womanhood, relationship, motherhood, loss, healing, and the many ways we can lose touch with ourselves along the way.
Her experience with natural conception, loss, and fertility treatment, and ultimately becoming a mother at 46, has given her a particular depth of understanding around the sacred and deeply transformative journey of conception.
But motherhood is only one expression of the larger work.
At its heart, Trina's work is about coming home to yourself: learning to feel what is present, listen to what your body is communicating, trust your own knowing, and meet the unfolding of Life from a more embodied place.
Her experiences didn't give her answers. They brought her deeper into the questions and ultimately deeper into her body, her intuition, her relationship with Life, and her own capacity to trust what she could not yet see.
She doesn't believe women need to be fixed, perfected, or become someone other than who they are. She believes there is a wisdom within each woman that is worthy of being heard.
Her role is to create the conditions for that wisdom to emerge, to hold the field with presence, compassion, curiosity, and trust as each woman finds her own way back to herself.
A return to the body.
A return to self-trust.
A return to the wholeness that was never lost.
